It’s where I breathe when I fear I am not alive anymore.
It’s where I look inward at the soul that is me.
When I am drained of every last bit of essence, it grounds me, nourishes me, and sends energy into the vital centers of my being. Who would think something so simple would be so powerful?
What a whirlwind of a year it has been! So much of my life fell apart, yet so much of it came together! It was a very painful “letting go” of the broken stuff that was not serving me anymore. It still aches… but I’m healing, and that’s what’s most important. The mat did “catch me” on hundreds of occasions, and I am so grateful. I asked for guidance day in and day out, because I really had no idea of what I was to do most of the time. I am, by far, no expert at this thing called life. I take each day as it comes, and try to do the best and feel comfortable in my heart. But pain is not a comfortable thing.
I am simply striving to accept some truths, and go with the flow that the Universe has presented to me as “my life”. Learning to trust that there is a magnificent energy moving in and around me to create something wonderful that I have been manifesting for quite some time… and transformation is inevitable.
So, I will return to my mat… and let the magic continue.
In love and light!

Intuition, third eye activation, insight… however you call it, it is the most remarkable sense we have been given. Don’t under rate it. Trust in it. That is you inner voice speaking to you, giving you wisdom and guidance. It may even remind you to listen, not dismiss it. Be thankful for its strong presence.
I have found things to be very clearly presented to me when I ask. Answers may not always be what I wish for. They are what they are and I must find a way to accept certain things and move on.
Everyday, every hour, every moment, every breath… is new.
My focus is staying present, observant and keeping it real.

“In times of crisis, love must prevail.” -Linda Laurie
Love is there… but how do you go there?
Sometimes in your life you feel like everything is crashing in on you. You question what a truly, sincere and loving relationship with anyone is all about. One event after another makes you question peoples motives, until your energy begins to wane and you feel yourself letting go of all of it. Here is where we must take care not to close off our heart energy (heart chakra) altogether. Through all the emotional pains, we must practice forgiveness and letting go. Face your loneliness, insecurities and detachment, then use healing energy to recover, unblocking, healing and balancing your body’s energy center’s.
Reiki, massage, yoga and meditation are all forms and resources to coming back to who you are … and where the LOVE truly is. Going where the love is means going inside, physically and mentally, working on the energies flowing through your physical and spiritual SELF. These and any other loving, spiritual practices that guide you back to who you are, and heal your “self” emotionally and physically, should become part of your daily routine.
Let go… and go inward! Shower your “self” with love, joy and gratitude!
