Jeff Brown’s The Sacred Feminine Rising, a course for women, is now available!
“Often without even realizing it, the unconscious masculine leaves an echo of pain, confusion and trauma that lingers with women, impacting on their internal freedom and life satisfaction. This healing course disregards the ‘spiritually correct’ language of ‘non-victimhood’ and ‘all pain is an illusion’, and recognizes that we must claim and heal our wounds before we can move beyond them. Where there is pain and confusion, healing is required.”
Many of us have been waiting for this… hope it fills you with strength, guidance and joy of being the beautiful woman you are!
“In times of crisis, love must prevail.” -Linda Laurie
Love is there… but how do you go there?
Sometimes in your life you feel like everything is crashing in on you. You question what a truly, sincere and loving relationship with anyone is all about. One event after another makes you question peoples motives, until your energy begins to wane and you feel yourself letting go of all of it. Here is where we must take care not to close off our heart energy (heart chakra) altogether. Through all the emotional pains, we must practice forgiveness and letting go. Face your loneliness, insecurities and detachment, then use healing energy to recover, unblocking, healing and balancing your body’s energy center’s.
Reiki, massage, yoga and meditation are all forms and resources to coming back to who you are … and where the LOVE truly is. Going where the love is means going inside, physically and mentally, working on the energies flowing through your physical and spiritual SELF. These and any other loving, spiritual practices that guide you back to who you are, and heal your “self” emotionally and physically, should become part of your daily routine.
Let go… and go inward! Shower your “self” with love, joy and gratitude!
This fell in front of me… The Universe never ceases! I’ve been reading a really great book, The Dance of Anger by Harriet Lerner, and this release was very timely!
(~an excerpt from the ‘Sacred Feminine Rising’ course- ready for download this week)
“If I try to paint a picture of self-loving possibility for women who have been abused or deeply disappointed by the masculine, it is simply this. You wouldn’t carry forward any sense of blame for anyone else’s actions- you would not be personalizing what isn’t yours. You would take responsibility for your own actions- but only your actions-, and not in a way that is self-hating or over-accountable. You would have come through the experience or experiences with tremendous self-love, forgiving yourself for anything you feel you put yourself through- for example staying too long in a situation that your intuition was telling you not to. You would be feeling compassion for yourself and nurturing yourself through any pain that lingers. AND you would be walking through life with your head held high and your heart healthily boundaried- open, but boundaried- unwilling to remain closed to life and its delicious possibilities because of difficult past experiences.” ~ Jeff Brown
